The history involving my llineage of kung fu was once considered lost, through the information available I am attempting to restore the knowledge once lost. the accuracy of information is not something that I would take an oath to. I will though write what I believe to be a very close account to history lost.

I will begin with the last burning of Shaolin. The abbots were forced to flee the northern temple (Shaolin Hornan). Many abbots were killed durning the invasion of the ching soliders attempting to kill rebels known to be seeking refuge at the shaolin temple.

During the last burning of the temple the abots known as the "Five Elders of Shaolin" were forced to flee south. this led to the founding of the second temple which later adopted the Shaolin name "Fukien Temple". Here "Gee Seen Sim See" was said to have named "The Shaolin Ten Best".

To my Knowledge Grandmaster Lei Ban-Chu was an exponent of northern Praying Mantis Kung fu. The extent of his knowledge is unknown. During that particular time in history it was said that Grandmaster Gee Seen Sim See was unparelled in "Shaolin Kung Fu", particularly "Tiger Kung Fu.
Grandmaster Gee Seen Sim See had students that was trained in "Chi Kung, Praying Mantis, Eagle Claw" and what is know today as Hung Gar Kung Fu.

Grand Master Lei Ban-Chu was said to have completed his training at the "Fukien Temple". This is where the trace history of Plum Blossom Praying Mantis Kung Fu begins to pick up it's lineage.

One of Grand Master Lei Ban -Chu' s Most noted students is "Zhiao Chi-Lao". Grand Master Lei Ban-Chu Lived with Grand Master  Zhiao Chi-Lao until his Grand Master Zhiao Chi-Lao's training was complete.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Chintedo kung fu is a series of martial science based on the praying mantis style of kung fu. this is a "family art" founded by Sifu James Daniel Willis. The study and theory came about while he was studying kung fu from  Madurasu Terrance A. Bilal. Madurasu began training Sifu Willis at a very early age. Sifu Willis began training with (yang) Tai Chi to develop stamina due to having asthma.

Sifu Willis continued studying under Madurasu to refine and develop his skills. Sifu started training in "Tai Chi Mantis". Later Sifu began to learn "Plum Blossom Mantis". During his studies Sifu was intrigued by the fighting philosophies & theories of the mantis. this prompted him to begin studying other systems of mantis.

Sifu began to study the Seven Star System, the Eagle Claw System, Fu Jow Pai, Hung Gar, Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai, Boxing, Chin Na, Karate, & Tae Kwon Do.

The research performed by Sifu has lead to the creation of the "Chintedo"  which means "the way of the incredible hands".
